Yakisugi Treatment Jet Black Oak European Skull Mount Wall / Table Display

Red oak treated with the Japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban, which creates a charred, jet black finish that really makes the white of your deer skull pop! Each one of these is handmade from oak, charred, sealed with boiled linseed oil, and protected with polyurethane for a durable and stain free finish. These are suitable for different skulls including mule deer, whitetail, antelope, and others. They are equipped with a peg that conveniently slips into the back of the skull for easy mounting. Unlike other brands that require you to drill or glue the skull for attachment, which often creates quite a bit of frustration, all you have to do with our design is hang the plaque on the wall using the keyhole slot or sawtooth hanger on the back and slip your skull over the peg. That's it! Simple and Easy! On top of the easy attachment, these displays can be used as both a wall or a table display by simply loosening the center screw and pivoting the panel 180 degrees.
